应用大学新生适应量表、班级气氛量表、自编适应自我评估问卷等对实验班级和对照班的117名新生的心理适应状况、班级气氛进行前后测量,探索班级团体辅导对高校新生的适应能力和班级建设的影响。结果显示实验班的大学新生适应量表、班级气氛量表、自编适应自我评估后测得分比对照班有显著性的改善,同时,实验班的大学新生适应量表和班级气氛量表后测得分显著优于前测。结论:班级团体辅导有助于高校新生适应能力提高和健康班级建设,值得在新生教育中推广。

응용대학신생괄응량표、반급기분량표、자편괄응자아평고문권등대실험반급화대조반적117명신생적심리괄응상황、반급기분진행전후측량,탐색반급단체보도대고교신생적괄응능력화반급건설적영향。결과현시실험반적대학신생괄응량표、반급기분량표、자편괄응자아평고후측득분비대조반유현저성적개선,동시,실험반적대학신생괄응량표화반급기분량표후측득분현저우우전측。결론:반급단체보도유조우고교신생괄응능력제고화건강반급건설,치득재신생교육중추엄。
In order to explore the effect of class group counseling on the adaptability of freshmen and classroom construction, a sample of 117 freshmen in North China were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. All the freshmen were administrated by Freshman Adjustment Rating Scale ( FARS), Self-rated Classroom Climate Questionnaire ( SRCCQ ), Self-developed Freshman A- daptability Scale(FAS). The results show that compared with control group, the scores of FARS, SRC- CQ of experimental group are significantly increased, and the scores of FARS, SRCCQ and Self-developed FAS are obviously higher than the scores before test. In conclusion, the class group counseling can improve adaptive capacity of freshmen and classroom construction. Class group counseling is worth popularizing.
