哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一种重要的信号转导分子。从mTOR的分子结构及其复合物着手,综述了以mTOR为中心的信号转导通路,进而探讨其信号转导通路在运动骨骼肌的生长代谢中的作用。
哺乳動物雷帕黴素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一種重要的信號轉導分子。從mTOR的分子結構及其複閤物著手,綜述瞭以mTOR為中心的信號轉導通路,進而探討其信號轉導通路在運動骨骼肌的生長代謝中的作用。

Mammalian Target of Rapamycin, which is called mTOR for short,is an important signal transduction molecule. This text, starting from the molecular structure of mTOR and its complexes, summarizes the signal transduction pathways centered on mTOR and explores its effect on the growth metabolism of skeletal muscles after exercise.
