我国加入WTO以后，困扰我国产品出口多年的关税、配额限制等贸易壁垒正在消除，但技术性贸易措施和绿色壁垒在国际贸易中的作用却越来越明显。绿色贸易壁垒作为一种非关税壁垒其实质上是发达国家借环境保护之名，依赖其技术和环保水平，通过立法手段，制定严格的强制性的技术、环境标准，将发展中国家的一些商品拒之门外。积极研究各国有关规定以及制定相应法规对我国已迫在眉睫。

After China＇s entry into the WTO, trade barriers like the tariff and quota restraint, which have disturbed our country＇s exports for years, are disappearing, meanwhile the technical trade measures and the green barrier are playing an increasing role in the international trade. As a non-tariff barrier, the green trade barrier is essentially an excuse, under which the developed countries set strict compelling standards of technology and environmental protection under the mask of environmental protection, depending on their technology and high environmental standard, by the way of legislation and closing the door to the products of developing countries. It is urgent for China to study relevant regulations in different countries and enact counteracting laws.
