在我国中西部工业后发地区面临的金融抑制日益凸显的背景下，重点探讨了各种代表性金融机构的经营特点和工业后发地区资金供求的特征，解决工业后发地区金融抑制问题应该采取措施：一是应当在利率市场化的条件下将非正规金融正规化；二是应对现存的正规金融机构采取适度的金融约束。
在我國中西部工業後髮地區麵臨的金融抑製日益凸顯的揹景下，重點探討瞭各種代錶性金融機構的經營特點和工業後髮地區資金供求的特徵，解決工業後髮地區金融抑製問題應該採取措施：一是應噹在利率市場化的條件下將非正規金融正規化；二是應對現存的正規金融機構採取適度的金融約束。

As the regions in central and west China are confronted with obviously increasing financial repression, the paper discusses the characteristics of each typical financial institution and the features of monetary supply and demand in these areas. Then it regards regularization of irregular finance in the condition of interest rate liberalization and appropriate financial restraint of subsistent regular financial institutions as two effective policies.
