Corporation political action （CPA） is the key part of corporation management,which is significant for enterprises. CPAs of Chinese enterprises have obvious political and economic attribution, while the development is still behind and the level of management remains poor. So we should bring the CPA into the management of corl~orations, distribute the CPA types carefully, enrich the detailed rules and regulations of CPA, to make the corporation CPA mainbody from single to the combination and enhance the management level.
