创新的重要地位已经得到理论界和实践界的普遍认可，但关于影响创新的关键因素则仁者见仁。网络理论强调企业外部网络位置对企业创新的作用，而企业内部能力观则认为吸收能力才是决定企业创新的最重要因素。本文认为，上述两种观点各执一词，也各有道理，但都是片面而不完整的，应该综合看待。本文利用三个维度来刻画网络位置，并且引入吸收能力，考虑吸收能力与网络位置的交互作用，从而构建出更具说服力的整合模型。

Innovation is the life and inexhaustible driving force for firms. Its importance has been wildly recognized by theoretical and practical fields, but people still hold different views on the key factors impacting innovation. Network theory emphasizes the effect of firm external network position on firm innovativeness, while internal capability theory argues that absorptive capacity is decisive for firm innovativeness. This study considers the above two view as complementary, and adopts three dimensions to measure network position, thus gets out of the predicament in measuring innovative networks incompletely. Besides, absorptive capacity is introduced to exert interactive effect on network position which makes the integrative model more convincing.
