发展循环经济，要求企业对社会承担责任，企业的社会责任应当由传统的道德性走向法律性。随着经济全球化和大规模工业变革的推进，企业社会责任问题越来越受到全球的关注，企业对国家乃至全世界可持续发展的影响成为日益关注的焦点。本文从循环经济立法对企业社会责任规制的现状及缺陷出发，对在循环经济背景下强化企业社会责任的必要性进行分析，提出完善企业社会责任的法律规制方法。
