文章在对我国XX高校现有绩效考评现状进行调查分析的基础上,依据我国教学科研人员绩效考评指标体系,从能力素质、工作环境、工作过程、工作业绩等四个方面对该校教学科研人员进行360度全方位考评和数据分析。分析结果显示,该指标体系适合XX高校教学科研人员的绩效考评,其考评结果对该校教学科研人员的专业发展和绩效激励具有促进作用;与此同时,我们也发现XX高校在教学科研绩效管理等方面存在一些问题。另外,该指标体系的某些指标设置不合理、一些关键指标体现不明显以及某些指标标度描述不清晰,容易造成一些误解。总之,通过绩效考评的应用,改变了XX高校原来的“德、能、勤、绩”评价模式,提高了XX高校的人力资源管理水平。

The article survey and analysis the status quo and problems of existing performance evaluation system in XX high school, based on China's performance evaluation index system, we have a 360-degree evaluation and data analysis from the ability and quality, working environment, work process, work performance of the school teaching and research staff. Study found that the index system is fit for the school teaching and research staff of the performance evaluation and the results of their evaluation promote the school teaching and research staff of incentives and development. At the same time, we also found that there are some problems in the school teaching and research performance management and other areas. In addition, the index system for certain indicators set unreasonable, some of the key indicators not reflect obviously, and some of the indicators do not clearly describe, these are likely to cause some misunderstandings. Anyway, through the application of performance evaluation, the school has changed the original "moral character, ability, diligence, skills," evaluation mode and improve its human resources management.
