本文在给定中央企业国际竞争力概念的基础上，运用多指标综合评价方法，从影响中央企业国际竞争力的内外主要因素考虑，建立了包括竞争环境评价、企业资源评价、企业能力评价和企业机制评价等四方面的评价指标体系，选取94家中央企业，对其国际竞争力进行测评。根据实证分析，本文认为，与世界500强企业相比，中央企业国际竞争力仍明显偏弱，需进一步改善中央企业的竞争环境。
本文在給定中央企業國際競爭力概唸的基礎上，運用多指標綜閤評價方法，從影響中央企業國際競爭力的內外主要因素攷慮，建立瞭包括競爭環境評價、企業資源評價、企業能力評價和企業機製評價等四方麵的評價指標體繫，選取94傢中央企業，對其國際競爭力進行測評。根據實證分析，本文認為，與世界500彊企業相比，中央企業國際競爭力仍明顯偏弱，需進一步改善中央企業的競爭環境。

On the basis of defining the international competitiveness of central enterprises of China, the paper constructs the evaluation index system including evaluation systems of competitive environment, enterprises resource, enterprises competency and enterprises mechanism by using the multi index comprehensive evaluation method and analyzing the main factors to determine the current competitiveness, and measures the international competitiveness of 94 central enterprises in China. Comparing with the top 500 enterprises in the world, we suggest that the international competitiveness of 94 central enterprises is clearly low and China needs to further improve its competitive environment for those central enterprises so as to upgrade their inter national competitiveness effectively.
