本研究采用自编问卷,选取384名初中生为被试,考察初中生师生关系的特点以及与学业成绩的关系。研究表明:(1)初中生师生关系主要表现为亲密性、依赖性、冲突性三个维度;(2)师生关系在冲突性上年级差异极其显著,在亲密性、依赖性上不显著;(3)师生关系与学业成绩为显著正相关,在冲突性方面差异显著,在亲密性、依赖性方面差异不显著。因此,建立良好的师生关系,有助于减少师生之间的冲突;建立相互尊重、相互信任的师生关系,有利于促进学生的学业成绩。

본연구채용자편문권,선취384명초중생위피시,고찰초중생사생관계적특점이급여학업성적적관계。연구표명:(1)초중생사생관계주요표현위친밀성、의뢰성、충돌성삼개유도;(2)사생관계재충돌성상년급차이겁기현저,재친밀성、의뢰성상불현저;(3)사생관계여학업성적위현저정상관,재충돌성방면차이현저,재친밀성、의뢰성방면차이불현저。인차,건립량호적사생관계,유조우감소사생지간적충돌;건립상호존중、상호신임적사생관계,유리우촉진학생적학업성적。
This research employed a self-questionnaire to test 384 junior high school students in order to investigate the characteristics of teacher-student relationship in junior high schools and its relationship with academic achievement. This research indicats: ( 1 ) teacher-student relationship in junior high schools mainly lies in three aspects: intimacy; dependence; conflict. (2) In different grades, the relationship between teachers and students is fairly notable in conflict, but not in intimacy and dependence. (3) Teacher- student relationship and academic achievement are closely related; the differences in conflict are significant, but those in intimacy and dependence are not. Therefore, establishing a good relationship with and students is helpful to reduce the conflict with them, and set up a good, mutually reliable relationship between teachers and students, is also lecpful to promote students' academic achievement.
