日本处于东亚儒家文化圈，是经济发达、社会稳定的现代化国家，日本政府对公民道德教育始终如一的重视为其国家的繁荣发展提供了强大的精神保障。我国目前处于社会转型的关键时期，经济的快速发展与公民素质发展相对滞后的矛盾日益突出。因此，应借鉴日本公民道德教育的成功经验，促进当下我国思想政治教育事业的发展。
일본처우동아유가문화권，시경제발체、사회은정적현대화국가，일본정부대공민도덕교육시종여일적중시위기국가적번영발전제공료강대적정신보장。아국목전처우사회전형적관건시기，경제적쾌속발전여공민소질발전상대체후적모순일익돌출。인차，응차감일본공민도덕교육적성공경험，촉진당하아국사상정치교육사업적발전。
Japan is the East Asian country, which has excellent economic development, social stability and modernization of the country. The country plays importance on the moral education, in order to provide a powerful guarantee to its prosperity and development. China is currently in a critical period of reform, during the 30 years, the conflict between the rapid economic development and the lagging behind of the quality of civic development is increasingly prominent. This article aims to explore the social transformation of the civic and Japan＇s moral education, learn from the successful experience to continue to improve the civic and moral education of China＇s reform.
