金融危机使中小企业面临严峻考验,从薪酬激励角度研究中小企业的应对措施帮助企业度过难关有重要意义。文章客观分析了当前形势下中小企业在薪酬激励方面存在的主要问题,进而得出中小企业薪酬激励机制设计应把握以下原则:增加薪酬弹性,重视长期激励,贯彻公平原则,加强薪资沟通,拓展培训途径,健全激励机制。

Financial crisis has faced the small and medium-sized enterprises with a great many difficulties. It is meaningful to keep an eye on the study of payment incentive to find out a way to go through them. In this thesis, we analyses those problems the small and medium-sized enterprises mainly faces nowadays, and then we elicit the true principles of payment mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises: we should pay attention to flexibility, long-term incentive, parity, better communication, and investment in trainee, and keep enrich this incentive mechanism.
