In 1997, ＂Bowie Bonds＂ pioneered the securitization of intellectual property rights. In recent years, the securitization of intellectual property rights abroad, which is mainly related to the practice of copyrights, patents and trademark rights and other fields, has been paid significant attention. The trademark rights securitization is the product business model and the enterprise financing pattern dual innovations. This article analyzes the overseas trademark rights securitization case, intends to offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, to hope that the initiation domestic scholar and the field finance deeper research to the traokmark rights.
