随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快，农村经济社会的发展越来越受到人们的关注，农村社会保障水平是否随着工业化、城镇化水平的提高而提高是一个值得探讨的问题，具有非常重要的现实意义，但我国还未有相应的研究。利用23个省份的面板数据，采用横截面数据分析方法，分析工业化、城镇化水平的提高对我国农村社会保障水平的影响。得出的结论为：城镇化进程促进了我国农村社会保障水平的提高，而工业化进程则抑制其提高。
隨著我國工業化、城鎮化進程的加快，農村經濟社會的髮展越來越受到人們的關註，農村社會保障水平是否隨著工業化、城鎮化水平的提高而提高是一箇值得探討的問題，具有非常重要的現實意義，但我國還未有相應的研究。利用23箇省份的麵闆數據，採用橫截麵數據分析方法，分析工業化、城鎮化水平的提高對我國農村社會保障水平的影響。得齣的結論為：城鎮化進程促進瞭我國農村社會保障水平的提高，而工業化進程則抑製其提高。

With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization, economic and social development in rural areas is receiving increasing attention. Is rural social security level in China higher with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization？ And nobody has analyzed this problem in China. This problem is worth exploring, and has very important practical significance. In this paper, the 23 provinces in panel data and cross - sectional data analysis method vere used analyze the relations among the level of industrialization and urbanization and rural social security. The conclusion： Promoting the urbanization will advance the level of rural social security, while promoting industrialization will inhibit it.
