本文从知识创新能力、知识传播能力和知识应用能力三方面建立了知识水平指标体系,用综合评价方法对我国各地区综合知识水平进行了研究。根据所构建的经济系统模糊神经网络,测算固定资产投资、从业人员数及知识水平对经济增长的贡献,并进一步通过知识对经济贡献率的测度,将我国各地区知识水平对经济的贡献率进行了评价。
本文從知識創新能力、知識傳播能力和知識應用能力三方麵建立瞭知識水平指標體繫,用綜閤評價方法對我國各地區綜閤知識水平進行瞭研究。根據所構建的經濟繫統模糊神經網絡,測算固定資產投資、從業人員數及知識水平對經濟增長的貢獻,併進一步通過知識對經濟貢獻率的測度,將我國各地區知識水平對經濟的貢獻率進行瞭評價。

An index system is built up in this paper from three aspects about knowledge innovation ability, knowledge diffusion ability and knowledge application ability. The knowledge level of every region in China is described by means of Comprehensive Evaluation Method. According to the economic system Fuzzy neural network built, the investment in the fixed assets, the number of employed persons and the contribution of knowledge level to economic growth are measured. And further more, according to calculating contribution rate of knowledge to economy, the contribution rate of knowledge level to economy of every region in China is evaluated.
