分析了我国图书馆事业目前的发展态势、文献资源共享体系的主要功能和局限性，以及文献资源共享体系中基层图书馆的作用，指出加强基层图书馆网点的建设对于发挥文献共享体系的效益、提高全社会的文献信息服务水平具有重要意义。
分析瞭我國圖書館事業目前的髮展態勢、文獻資源共享體繫的主要功能和跼限性，以及文獻資源共享體繫中基層圖書館的作用，指齣加彊基層圖書館網點的建設對于髮揮文獻共享體繫的效益、提高全社會的文獻信息服務水平具有重要意義。
분석료아국도서관사업목전적발전태세、문헌자원공향체계적주요공능화국한성，이급문헌자원공향체계중기층도서관적작용，지출가강기층도서관망점적건설대우발휘문헌공향체계적효익、제고전사회적문헌신식복무수평구유중요의의。
By analyzing the development of librarianship in China, functions and limitations of information resources sharing system, and the roles of the local libraries in the system, the paper points out that it is important to enhance the construction of local library network for producing the efficacy of information resources sharing systems, and improving the information service of the society.
