提供了把主观和客观权重相结合的学科馆员服务质量的模糊综合评价方法。利用0.618标度的层次分析法计算主观权重,克服了传统9分位标度的缺点;利用熵权法计算客观权,充分挖掘了原始数据本身蕴涵的信息,使结果更为客观。以改进的评价指标体系为基础,结合实例说明了使用该评价方法的计算步骤。

This paper offers a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the subject librarian's service quality, which combines the subjective weight with the objective weight. The subjective weight is computed by use of the analytical hierarchy process with a 0.518 scaling, which overcomes the shortcoming from the conventional scaling. The objective weight is based on the en- tropy weight, which makes the evaluation more objective. From the improved evaluation index system and a special example, the paper shows how the method is used.
