通过运用文献分析和比较分析等方法，从农民专业合作社的视角探讨剩余劳动力的农业产业化途径。研究表明，虽然城镇化是农业剩余劳动力转移的主要方向，但由于金融危机导致的大量农民工失业使农业剩余劳动力向城镇转移更加困难，农业产业化将是农业剩余劳动力就地转移的基本途径。农业产业化的组织形式——农民专业合作社的组织特性决定了其是适合剩余劳动力转移的组织载体。

Using documental and comparative analysis, the approaches of transferring rural surplus labor force based on the farmers specialized cooperatives will be discussed. Studies have showed that urbanization is the principle direction of the transferring of rural surplus labor force, but the unemployment of migrant workers which is a result of financial crisis made the rural surplus labor force transferred from rural to urban areas much more difficult. Under this condition, agricultural industrialization is a basic method of transferring the local rural surplus force. Farmers specialized cooperative, the main organization forms of agricultural industrialization, is a perfect carrier of transferring rural surplus force.
