高等院校仪器设备在其正常使用期限内利用率低下是普遍现象，是直接导致高校资产隐性流失和办学效益低下的主要原因。盲目、重复购置，实验室管理制度不健全与缺乏有效的维修、问效机制是导致利用率低下的主要原因，而严把采购、验收关，加强管理水平，加大维修力度，采取跟踪问效机制，采取激励措施使知名教授亲自指导学生实验教学都是提高利用率的措施，通过对资产使用期限的量化分析，得出资产的经济寿命和运行成本，从而计算出其应创造的效益，这对资产保值、增值和提高办学效益极其重要。

It is necessary to take effective measures to keep the service life of equipments in universities.
