文化产业是一个朝阳产业，提高文化产业对经济增长的贡献，是我国经济政策的重要导向之一。而发展文化产业的核心问题是提高文化产业竞争力。目前文化产业竞争力的评价方法不一，本文通过研究已有的方法，以“钻石模型”为基础，构造一个文化产业竞争力的评价模型，从而建立一个评价文化产业竞争力的指标体系。
文化產業是一箇朝暘產業，提高文化產業對經濟增長的貢獻，是我國經濟政策的重要導嚮之一。而髮展文化產業的覈心問題是提高文化產業競爭力。目前文化產業競爭力的評價方法不一，本文通過研究已有的方法，以“鑽石模型”為基礎，構造一箇文化產業競爭力的評價模型，從而建立一箇評價文化產業競爭力的指標體繫。

The cultural industry has become a sunrise industry. Enhancing its contribution to economic growth is an important orientation of our economic policy. The core issue on developing cultural industry is enhancing its competitiveness. However, the method of evaluating cultural industry competitiveness has not been agreed. This paper analyzes the existing methods and establishes an evaluating model of cultural industry competitiveness on the basis of ＂diamond model＂. Thus this paper constructs an indicator system of evaluating cultural industry competitiveness.
