20多年来,尽管我国的科技企业孵化器事业取得了飞速的发展,但现阶段普遍面临着可持续发展的挑战。以南京市为例,从提升孵化管理能力、孵化服务能力、孵化效率及技术创新贡献度4个方面,提出了促进科技企业孵化器可持续发展的对策建议。
20多年來,儘管我國的科技企業孵化器事業取得瞭飛速的髮展,但現階段普遍麵臨著可持續髮展的挑戰。以南京市為例,從提升孵化管理能力、孵化服務能力、孵化效率及技術創新貢獻度4箇方麵,提齣瞭促進科技企業孵化器可持續髮展的對策建議。
20다년래,진관아국적과기기업부화기사업취득료비속적발전,단현계단보편면림착가지속발전적도전。이남경시위례,종제승부화관리능력、부화복무능력、부화효솔급기술창신공헌도4개방면,제출료촉진과기기업부화기가지속발전적대책건의。
Technology Business Incubators for nearly 20 years have achieved fast development. But now they generally face the challenges of the sustainable development. So,the paper mainly taking Nanjing as an example, from the perspectives of upgrading the incubator management capabilities ,the capacity of incubator services, hatching efficiency and the contribution of technological innovation, puts forward some feasible proposals for the sustainable development of Technology Business Incubators.
