专业英语是教育部划列的大学必修课程之一，强化建环专业英语教学对培养国际化制冷空调人才，以适应目前国际交流日益频繁的形势有着重要的现实意义。文章通过教学实践，结合相关文献，指出了在建环专业英语教学中，普遍存在师资力量薄弱、适用教材欠缺、教学模式单一和学生学习兴趣不高等4个方面的突出问题。基于可行和实用的原则，提出了解决问题的相应措施，以期充分发挥本专业学生学习专业英语的主动性和创造性，改善专业英语的教学效果，提高学生的综合素质。

Subject-based English （SBE） is one of the required curriculums legalized by the Ministry of Education of the People＇ s Republic of China. It is of practical importance to strengthen the SBE teaching for building environment and equipment engineering, and then in order to accommodate the students to the increasingly broaden international intercommunion. In this paper, by author＇ s teaching practice and the related literature, the four significant points during the SBE teaching for building environment and equipment engineering are few persons qualified to teach, shortness of appropriate teaching material, simple teaching mode and students＇ poorly learning interest. Based on the feasible and practical principles, the measures are put forward to solve the corresponding problems so that the students＇ activity and creativity will be fully mobilized, and teaching effects and students＇ comprehensive quality will be improved.
