人力资源的开发程度，从根本上决定着社会的发展程度。开发人力资源、提高劳动者素质是实现农村现代化的重要途径。广西农村人口众多，潜在人力资源十分丰富。通过开发人力资源、提高劳动者素质来促进广西农村经济的发展，不仅是新农村建设的需要，更是建设富裕文明和谐新广西的内在要求。广西农村人力资源开发目前存在诸多问题，造成这些问题的出现有着深层次的原因。为此应采取多种措施开发农村人力资源，以推进农村经济社会的全面发展。

The level of the human resources development, fundamentally determines the level of social development. The development of human resources, improvement of the quality of workers in rural areas is the important way to achieve modernization. There are many of the rural population in Guangxi and the potential human resources are very rich. Therefore, how to through the development of human resources and the improvement the quality of workers in Guangxi to promote rural economic development, is not only the needs of building new countryside, but also is the inherent requirement of building a harmonious and rich civilization in Guangxi. This article through analyzes the current situation of the development of human resources in Guangxi rural areas and the existing deep-seated reasons to make the recommendations.
