中小型科技企业成长如同生物体的成长，是一个不确定的过程，这种不确定性来源于其成长的特殊性及影响因素的复杂性。从仿生学视角入手，把中小型科技企业视同为一个生命体，根据在对影响其成长的内部因素进行Cox回归分析的基础上甄别其成长的主要影响因素，从而构建完善的中小型科技企业内生成长机制模型，为我国中小型科技企业的持续健康成长提供理论支持和实践指导。
中小型科技企業成長如同生物體的成長，是一箇不確定的過程，這種不確定性來源于其成長的特殊性及影響因素的複雜性。從倣生學視角入手，把中小型科技企業視同為一箇生命體，根據在對影響其成長的內部因素進行Cox迴歸分析的基礎上甄彆其成長的主要影響因素，從而構建完善的中小型科技企業內生成長機製模型，為我國中小型科技企業的持續健康成長提供理論支持和實踐指導。

The growth of small and medium technical enterprise like organism growth is an indefinite process. This kind of uncertainty originates from its growth particularity and the complexity of influence factors. From the perspective of bionics, this article regards small and medium technical enterprise as a life body. According to Cox regression analysis of influence factors on its internal growth, the paper decides the main influence factors and thus constructs perfect internal growth mechanism in small and medium technical enterprise. It also provides the theoretical support and the practice instruction for sustained and healthy growth of small and medium technical enterprise in China.
