X射线实时成像检测系统具有实时、动态和连续地从各个角度对试件进行检测的优点,在各个领域焊接检验方面已有广泛的应用,本文通过对钛合金环焊缝上双壁透照的试验,验证了壁厚δ≤30mm的钛合金环焊缝在采取一定的屏蔽措施后,可以采用X射线双壁透照实时成像试验,壁厚δ〉30mm的钛合金环焊缝不宜采用X射线双壁透照实时成像试验.
X射線實時成像檢測繫統具有實時、動態和連續地從各箇角度對試件進行檢測的優點,在各箇領域銲接檢驗方麵已有廣汎的應用,本文通過對鈦閤金環銲縫上雙壁透照的試驗,驗證瞭壁厚δ≤30mm的鈦閤金環銲縫在採取一定的屏蔽措施後,可以採用X射線雙壁透照實時成像試驗,壁厚δ〉30mm的鈦閤金環銲縫不宜採用X射線雙壁透照實時成像試驗.
X사선실시성상검측계통구유실시、동태화련속지종각개각도대시건진행검측적우점,재각개영역한접검험방면이유엄범적응용,본문통과대태합금배한봉상쌍벽투조적시험,험증료벽후δ≤30mm적태합금배한봉재채취일정적병폐조시후,가이채용X사선쌍벽투조실시성상시험,벽후δ〉30mm적태합금배한봉불의채용X사선쌍벽투조실시성상시험.
Real-time x-ray Imaging inspection system has advantages of real-time, dynamicity and continuous inspection of inspected parts. This technique is widely used in welding inspection. This paper, through experiments of titanium alloy girth welding real-time dull walls X-ray imaging, tests that real-time dull walls x-ray can apply to titanium girth joint of thickness δ≤ 30mm, while it does not apply well to titanium girth joint of thickness δ 〉 30mm.
