從審稿角度，對科技期刊編輯學術素質的具體錶現進行分析，認為除瞭具有相關專業科研人員的知識、視野和能力外，具有較高學術素質的科技期刊編輯應該具備能準確選擇審稿人、恰噹地取捨審稿人意見、補充審稿人的遺漏三箇方麵的特質。

Concrete expressions during peer review of academic quality of the editor of sci-tech periodicals are analyzed. The author thinks that, besides knowledge and ability of scientific research, an exemplary editor of a sci-tech periodical should have three characteristics during peer review. That is, the ability to select peer reviewer accurately, to accept or reject reviewer＇ s manuscript evaluations appropriately, and to give additional suggestions on manuscripts.
