在当前复杂的国际政治经济形势下，自觉规划自由贸易区战略的空间布局刻不容缓。借鉴中国一东盟自由贸易区建设的成功经验，积极推动上海合作组织自由贸易区研究与建设，有序安排与主要发达国家自由贸易区的国别布局，将海湾地区、非洲、拉美等作为发展重点，逐步实现我国在全球范围内自由贸易区的合理布点．是应对国际政治经济形势变幻、实现中国大国崛起的有力举措。

In the complex international political and economic situation, it is no delay for us to plan the spatial distri- bution of FTA. The authors point out that, to face the rapid changing of political and economic situation, and realize the Rise of The Great Power, we must learn the successful practice from CAFTA, actively promote to build FTA with SCO, orderly arrange FI＇A with the major developed countries, strengthen the relationship with GCC, Africa, Latin America, and gradually realize the spatial distribution of FTA in the world.
