隐性知识是个体知识体系中重要组成部分，隐性知识获取是人类获取知识的重要手段。国内外研究较为集中地关注隐性知识的概念、测量方法以及与显性知识之间的关系。扩展隐性知识的概念，进一步深入研究青少年的隐性知识获取尤其是内隐学习，完善隐性知识获取的研究工具是未来的研究趋向。
隱性知識是箇體知識體繫中重要組成部分，隱性知識穫取是人類穫取知識的重要手段。國內外研究較為集中地關註隱性知識的概唸、測量方法以及與顯性知識之間的關繫。擴展隱性知識的概唸，進一步深入研究青少年的隱性知識穫取尤其是內隱學習，完善隱性知識穫取的研究工具是未來的研究趨嚮。
은성지식시개체지식체계중중요조성부분，은성지식획취시인류획취지식적중요수단。국내외연구교위집중지관주은성지식적개념、측량방법이급여현성지식지간적관계。확전은성지식적개념，진일보심입연구청소년적은성지식획취우기시내은학습，완선은성지식획취적연구공구시미래적연구추향。
Tacit knowledge plays an important role in individuals＇ knowledge system, its acquisition is a very important part of human knowledge acquisition. The article introduces the relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, and the concepts and measurements of tacit knowledge, and the implicit learning of tacit knowledge acquisition, and existing researches at home and abroad. Expending the definition of tacit knowledge, further studing adolescent tacit knowledge and perfecting the research tools are the trends of research in this field.
