隐性知识是个体知识体系中重要组成部分,隐性知识获取是人类获取知识的重要手段。国内外研究较为集中地关注隐性知识的概念、测量方法以及与显性知识之间的关系。扩展隐性知识的概念,进一步深入研究青少年的隐性知识获取尤其是内隐学习,完善隐性知识获取的研究工具是未来的研究趋向。

Tacit knowledge plays an important role in individuals' knowledge system, its acquisition is a very important part of human knowledge acquisition. The article introduces the relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, and the concepts and measurements of tacit knowledge, and the implicit learning of tacit knowledge acquisition, and existing researches at home and abroad. Expending the definition of tacit knowledge, further studing adolescent tacit knowledge and perfecting the research tools are the trends of research in this field.
