通过论证分析，本文认为，中国体育举国体制客观上适合于国情，不足之处是局限于竞技体育范围内取得巨大成功，还没有发展到包括群众体育在内的整个体育领域，距离“全民健身”这一体育的根本宗旨和既定目标还有着相当距离。特别是中国的社会主义性质，决定了“全民健身”必定是国家体育制度的终极目标。
通過論證分析，本文認為，中國體育舉國體製客觀上適閤于國情，不足之處是跼限于競技體育範圍內取得巨大成功，還沒有髮展到包括群衆體育在內的整箇體育領域，距離“全民健身”這一體育的根本宗旨和既定目標還有著相噹距離。特彆是中國的社會主義性質，決定瞭“全民健身”必定是國傢體育製度的終極目標。

If we study the Chinese sports - whole--nation system realistically, using the historical materialism, the dialectical materialism and the scientific development concept, we can obtain the conclusion： so far the Chinese sports--whole--nation system suits the Chinese national condition objectively,the deficiency is that the great success obtained merely in athletics sports scope has not developed in entire sports domain including the mass sports, and it is quite away from the ＂all --people body--building＂ sports＂ basic purpose and the given objective. China＇s socialism nature has specially decided that Uall--people body--building＂ is surely, the national sports system＇s ultimate objective.
