周易哲学是河洛文化的精髓。它既是塑造中华文明的理论基础，也是中国古代度量衡制度的指导原则。中国古代度量衡理论萌芽于原始社会末期，形成于春秋，定型于西汉，成熟于东汉。周易哲学“阴阳和合”的辩证法则和“天人合一”的宇宙观念，则贯穿于我国度量衡理论形成和发展的始终。这种具有鲜明东方思想色彩的度量衡制度，在世界度量衡史上占据着独特的重要地位。

주역철학시하락문화적정수。타기시소조중화문명적이론기출，야시중국고대도량형제도적지도원칙。중국고대도량형이론맹아우원시사회말기，형성우춘추，정형우서한，성숙우동한。주역철학“음양화합”적변증법칙화“천인합일”적우주관념，칙관천우아국도량형이론형성화발전적시종。저충구유선명동방사상색채적도량형제도，재세계도량형사상점거착독특적중요지위。
Zhouyi Philosophy is the soul of Heluo culture. It is not only the theoretic base of molding Chinese civilization, but also the instructional principal of Chinese ancient system on Weights ＆ Measures. The theory of Chinese ancient Weights ＆ Measures germinated in the late phase of barbarism society, came into being in Spring ＆ Autumn, shaped in Western Han Dynasty, and matured in Eastern Han Dynasty. The dialectic principle of communicating afterworld and this world and the cosmic conception of Syncretizing Heaven and Human in Zhouyi Philosophy, was gradually embodied along with whole forming and developing course of the theory about Weights ＆ Measures. This system of Weights ＆ Measures with a vivid orient character all along holds a particular status in world history on Weights ＆ Measures.
