It is not reasonable to pay one -time compensation to level 1 -4 industrial disabled employees, especially to the employees who have attended industrial injury insurance. We must perfect relevant laws, strengthen governments and related departments＇responsibilities, complete the channels of paying industrial injury insurance, adjust treatment structure and improve treatment level.
