网络文化对未成年人思想品德的形成产生了双重影响。它在为未成年人思想品德形成提供新内容、新路径、新环境的同时，也易造成理想信念模糊、价值观偏移、道德行为失范等问题。网络文化的多重性、未成年人的身心特点、网络监管和教育不到位是造成上述问题的主要原因。对此，应加强网络监管和社会主义文化的网络建设，强化网络道德教育，开辟未成年人专用网站，以提高未成年人德育的实效性。

Network culture has brought dual influences on the formation of ideology and morality of adolescents. Network culture provides the new content, new path, new environment and new conditions for the moral development of adolescents; at the same time, it also causes the problems as the illegibility of their ideals and beliefs, the excursion of values, the anomie of moral behaviors, etc. The multiplicity of the network culture, the physical and mental characteristics of adolescents, the inadequacy of network supervision and education are the main causes of those problems mentioned above. We should strengthen the supervising system of network and the network construction of socialistic culture, enhance the network moral education, and establish specialized website for adolescents, so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
