消费生态化立足于“自然-人-社会”是一个复合生态系统、人的生态生存是人实践生存的必要前提等根本认识，主张用生态学的观点和方法规范人类的消费活动。实践它的根本途径是通过变革消费结构引领经济发展模式的变革。消费生态化服务于实现资源、环境和生态对经济、社会和人的发展的可持续支撑。实践消费生态化的方法论要求，一是把矛盾事物和系统思维有机结合起来，二是认清利益格局，优化行动策略。

Ecological consumption adherences to some basic understandings as following： ＂nature, human and society＂form jointly a complex ecosystem; subsistence from ecology of human beings has been the indispensable premise of living, etc. It advocates using views and methods of ecology to standardize people＇s consumption. A basic way to realize it is to reform the business development mode through changing the consumption structure. It is aiming at supporting the sustainable development of resources, environment, ecology, economy, society, and human. This paper deals with the methodology of practicing ecological consumption, for instance, firstly, paradoxical thinking and systemic thinking should be integrated; secondly, the pattern of benefit should be made clear and the action strategies should be optimized.
