改革开放30年,高校体育课程改革经历了回归与恢复、探索与转型、深化与完善三个阶段。研究认为,其成就:确立了高校体育“健康第一”的核心价值;实现了高校体育“生物体育观”向“三维体育观”的目标转换;保障了学生平等享有体育教育的权利;增强了体育课程吸引力;实现了评价目标的本质回归和方法的科学合理。其问题:大学生身体素质持续下降的趋势未能得到扭转;社会需要与个体需要、被动体育与主动体育的关系还有待理顺;体育教师专业素养与现代教育观念的快速更新未能同步跟进;学生体质健康与高校体育课程的重视程度未得到同步提升。
改革開放30年,高校體育課程改革經歷瞭迴歸與恢複、探索與轉型、深化與完善三箇階段。研究認為,其成就:確立瞭高校體育“健康第一”的覈心價值;實現瞭高校體育“生物體育觀”嚮“三維體育觀”的目標轉換;保障瞭學生平等享有體育教育的權利;增彊瞭體育課程吸引力;實現瞭評價目標的本質迴歸和方法的科學閤理。其問題:大學生身體素質持續下降的趨勢未能得到扭轉;社會需要與箇體需要、被動體育與主動體育的關繫還有待理順;體育教師專業素養與現代教育觀唸的快速更新未能同步跟進;學生體質健康與高校體育課程的重視程度未得到同步提升。

Since the reform and opening up, reform of physical education courses in colleges and universities undergoes three stages: namely the return and restoration stage, the exploration and transformation stage and the furthering and perfecting stage. Research findings reveal the achievement and problem of the reform. The achievement includes the establishment of the core value of "health comes first" in college physical education, the realization of transfer from the "biological physical education outlook" to the "three dimensional physical education outlook" in college physical education, the guarantee for students to enjoy physical education rights, the enhancement of the charm of physical education courses and realization of the regression of the assessment goal. Problems include : the trend of constant drop in college student physique still exists, the relation between social demand and individual demand, between active sports and passive sports is not clear, the academic quality for P. E. teachers cannot keep up with the rapid development of modem education philosophy and emphasis on students' physique and that on college physical education courses are not synchronized.
