从合作结点间关系结构与关系质量出发,构建了基于耦合关系的技术创新网络组织绩效分析模型。在对技术创新网络的组织特性以及合作技术创新活动进行分析的基础上,提出采用松散的耦合结构、紧密的耦合政策,有利于技术创新网络组织的绩效。
從閤作結點間關繫結構與關繫質量齣髮,構建瞭基于耦閤關繫的技術創新網絡組織績效分析模型。在對技術創新網絡的組織特性以及閤作技術創新活動進行分析的基礎上,提齣採用鬆散的耦閤結構、緊密的耦閤政策,有利于技術創新網絡組織的績效。

Starting from the relation structure and relation quality between cooperation nodes, this paper constructs organizational performance analysis model of technology innovation network on coupling relation. Based on such concepts, it analyzes organizational character of technology innovation network, and character of activities of cooperation technology innovation; and then, it puts forward some suggestions that it will be advantageous to improve the organization performance of technology innovation network, when the loose coupling structure and tight cou- pling policy are adopted.
