班级管理是教育管理者按照教育管理的规律和要求，采取科学有效的方法，为实现班级的学习成长目标，不断进行组织、指导和协调的职能活动。他律是班级管理的低级境界，自律是班级管理的高级境界。班级管理由他律走向自律的境界变迁是一个充斥着矛盾张力的博弈过程。和谐管理视野中的班级管理境界最优变迁路径，是在民主和谐的班级制度张力与健康和谐的班级环境推力及其耦合形成积极和谐的精神内生力的作用下，诱导班级管理由放任型向和谐型演进、进而实现班级群体学习成长目标的过程。

From the perspective of harmonious class management, the ap- proach to optimize class management is a process of transforming loose class management into harmonious class management so as to achieve the goals of students＇ study and development as a whole, on the strength of democratic and harmonious class rules and regulations, healthy and harmonious class environments, and the robust spirit emitted from the combination of the above two.
