教师教学效能感是影响教师教学行为和教学效果的一个重要因素。教学效能感高的教师，其教学质量及学生的学习成绩要高于教学效能感低的教师。不同教龄的教师一般效能感存在显著差异；不同学校类型的教师效能感总分和个人效能感存在显著差异。广西高校思想政治理论课教师的个人教学效能感高于一般教学效能感，教龄对教师一般效能感有影响，学校类型对教学效能感和个人效能感有影响。
