以470名大学生为被试,考察目标定向对大学生体育锻炼内在动机的影响。结果表明,任务定向、自我定向、能力感、自主感和归属感直接影响体育锻炼内在动机。此外,任务定向通过自主感和归属感变量对内在动机产生间接调节效应,自我定向通过能力感变量对内在动机产生间接调节效应。
以470名大學生為被試,攷察目標定嚮對大學生體育鍛煉內在動機的影響。結果錶明,任務定嚮、自我定嚮、能力感、自主感和歸屬感直接影響體育鍛煉內在動機。此外,任務定嚮通過自主感和歸屬感變量對內在動機產生間接調節效應,自我定嚮通過能力感變量對內在動機產生間接調節效應。
이470명대학생위피시,고찰목표정향대대학생체육단련내재동궤적영향。결과표명,임무정향、자아정향、능력감、자주감화귀속감직접영향체육단련내재동궤。차외,임무정향통과자주감화귀속감변량대내재동궤산생간접조절효응,자아정향통과능력감변량대내재동궤산생간접조절효응。
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of goal orientations on intrinsic motivation of exercise of college students. 470 university students were investigated. The results indicated that task orientation, ego orientation, perceptions of competence, autonomy and relatedness could directly impact intrinsic motivation. Therefore, the effects of task orientation on intrinsic motivation were mediated by perceptions of autonomy and relatedness. And the effects of ego orientation on intrinsic motivation were mediated indirectly by perceptions of competence.
