The technical standard alliances of the information industry can speed up the establishment and proliferation of the technical standards though promoting the research and development of the technical standards and expanding its installed base. Its development is the same as the development of the standards. For the well developing of the technical standard alliances, the alliances should attract more excellent companies, and constantly improve the alliance management, and calmly face the threat and competition of the foreign alliances.
