The public administration institute of Hunan Normal University managed to establish the systematic, the opening and the infiltrative essential education theories, to break through the traditional specialty pattern and the barrier to subjects, also implement the opening, conformity of the personnel training process and arrange the curriculum system in a crisscross pattern. And by innovating the teaching contents and the methods, the institute has achieved remarkable results in the innovation and practice of training pattern of the philosophy and social science comprehensive talented personnel.
