目的是揭示大学生心理类型的状况与特点。方法是以MBTI(Myers—Briggs Type Indicator)量表对我国346名大学生进行团体纸笔测验。结果:1)我国当代大学生最突出的、比例最高、人数最多的心理类型是IsTJ(内向感觉思维判断型,占15.6%),比例最低、人数最少的心理类型为ISTP(内向感觉思维知觉型,占1.4%)。2)外向型(占56%)的大学生高于内向型(占44%)的大学生;感觉型(占27.7%)的大学生高于直觉型(21.9%)的大学生;思维型(占32.2%)的大学生要远多于情感型(占17.2%)的大学生;判断型大学生的比例(占49.4%)与知觉型的大学生的比例(50.6%)非常接近。3)影响心理类型的自变量的重要程度由强到弱分别依次是专业、民族、年级、生源,性别的影响程度很小,政治身份对心理类型产生负面影响。4)虽然专业、民族、年级、生源、性别、政治身份对心理类型的影响没有统计上的显著差异,但还是各具特点。结论:大学生心理类型最多的是ISTI、ESTJ,最少的是ISTP。

Objective: Revealing status quo and features of mental types of undergraduates of science and technology. Methods: Using MBTI and grouping test on 346 undergraduates in China. Results: a. The mental types of today's undergraduates in China which is one of the best salient, the highest proportion, the most people from other types is ISJT (15.6%), one of the lowest proportion and the least people is ISTP (1.4%). b. The number of extroversive undergraduates (E, 56%) is higher than the introversive undergraduates (I, 44%). The number of sensory undergraduates (S, 27.7%) is higher than the intuitive undergraduates'(N, 21.9%). The number of thinking undergraduates (T, 32.25) is higher than the feeling undergraduates'(F, 17.2%). The number of judge undergraduates (J, 49.4%) is higher than perceptive undergraduates'(P, 50.6%). c. The important degree of independent variables which influence the dependent variables respectively is in turn specialty, ethnic, grade, homeplace from strong to weak, the affect on mental type from sex is very small, and the influence on mental type from political identity is negative, d. Though the influence on mental type which result from specialty, ethnic, grade, homeplace, sex, political identity, is not significance of difference in statistics, their influence on mental type are respectively feature. Conclusion: The most mental types of undergraduates of science and technology is ISTJ, ESTJ, and the least is ISTP.
