任何一种文化的基本精神、价值观念和思维方式都最集中地体现在其哲学思想中，不同的高等教育哲学观折射出迥异的大学理念。随着高等教育实践的深入和拓展，以“治学”为经典的认识论哲学和以“致用”为核心的政治论哲学指导下的大学理念，已不能很好适应当前大学发展的需要，应通过心和、人和、天和、世和四个维度践行以“和”为思想精髓的人本论大学理念，进而建构起一种以塑造完美人格为核心的高等教育哲学视野下的人本论大学理念。

The basic spirit, value and thinking approach of the culture concentrate in its philosophy mostly. Different philosophies of higher education reflect different ideas of the university. As the practice of higher education develops in depth and width , we must reflect on the ＂investigation＂ as the classic theory of epistemology and＂validity＂as the core of the political philosophy, which have been unable to meet the current needs of the development of universities. So the idea of the university has been discussed from the new ＂humanistic＂ philosophy angle, which could be performed through four dimensions, namely the inner harmony, the human harmony, the environment harmony and the world harmony. In order to shape the perfect personality, the new＂humanistic＇idea based on ＂harmony＂ should be constructed from the philosophy angle of higher education.
