目前关于周边环境与景区协调发展问题的研究还几乎是个空白，尚缺少统一的规范和普遍认同的评价体系。本文基于广义环境指标，以游客体验为各因子值的数据及重要性程度百分比来源，对周边环境与景区协调度评价体系的构建原则、设计、模型确立、评价方式与协调度量表等问题做了一些探讨，并以2007年5月26日-6月3日问卷调查为基础，对平遥古城周边环境及景区协调状况进行定量分析。从古城的实证研究中。可以看出景区周边环境与景区的协调度影响了游客对景区的满意率，也降低了景区的经济收入，古城亟待加强周边环境休闲号观建设与塑造、自然与社会环境的整顿治理，古城内也需在后两项做大力的改善。

Currently, the study on the coordinative development of surrounding environment and scenic spots is almost blank, which lacks unified, standardized and universally acknowledged evaluation system. The paper, based on environmental indexes in a broad sense, various factors data and percentage of importance degree from tourists＇ personal experience, makes some discussions about the constructive principle, design, model determination, ways of evaluation and coordinative scale of the coordinative evaluation system. The author, based on the questionnaire survey from May 26 to June 3, 2007, makes a quantitative analysis of coordinative situation between surrounding environment of Pingyao Ancient City and scenic spot. From the empirical study, we can see that the coordinative degree has affected tourists＇ satisfaction and reduced economic income. It is imperative to strengthen the building and creation of surrounding environmental leisure landscapes, improve and rectify natural and social environment.
