负债办学是一把“双刃剑”，既有利于促进高校的快速发展，也可能给高校带来巨大的财务风险。面对这一问题，政府、高校及金融机构应齐心协力、各尽所能，共同规避贷款风险，并采取“双主体、多渠道、多方式、多措施”的还贷途径，尽快化解高校“还贷危机”，促进我国高等教育事业的可持续发展。

To run schools with debt is actually a two- edged sword, for it is good for their rapid development on the one hand, it can possibly bring them enormous financial risks. Faced with this dilemma, the govemment, the universities, and financial institutions must make concerted efforts and go all out to resolve their ＂risks of repayment＂ by all means so as to enable them to have a sustainable development.
