利用Malmquist指数方法测算河南新型服务业全要素生产率(TFP),并将其分解成技术进步指数与技术效率指数,利用脉冲响应函数和格兰杰检验分别动态模拟FDI对技术进步与技术效率两种渠道的影响程度,以及FDI与两者的因果关系,结果表明:FDI对河南新型服务业生产率的溢出效应主要是通过对技术效率的提升表征出来的,对技术进步的促进作用并不明显。

There are different technique spillover channels from Foreign Direct Investment. Based on a nonparametric Malmquist index approach, this paper has analyzed total factor productivity trends in China's new service industry, which is decomposed into technical efficiency and technical progress. Impulse response model and method of Granger Causality test are used to dynamically simulate the technical efficiency and technical progress from FDI and causality between the variables. The results indicate that new service industry productivity spillover from FDI is mainly due to the advance of technical efficiency, and that there is no strong relationship between FDI and technical progress.
