调查表明,员工沉默行为产生的动机是多方面的,其中大部分原因与领导有关,性别、年龄、学历、所在企业属性、管理层级不同的员工的沉默动机存在差异;员工沉默行为的发生不利于领导的决策,也会导致员工积极性降低,还会损坏组织的判断能力和纠错能力。减少员工沉默行为是一个系统工程,涉及诸多方面、诸多环节,要求组织管理者树立全局思想,调动一切可以利用的资源,创造有利条件,减少员工沉默行为的发生和再发生。
調查錶明,員工沉默行為產生的動機是多方麵的,其中大部分原因與領導有關,性彆、年齡、學歷、所在企業屬性、管理層級不同的員工的沉默動機存在差異;員工沉默行為的髮生不利于領導的決策,也會導緻員工積極性降低,還會損壞組織的判斷能力和糾錯能力。減少員工沉默行為是一箇繫統工程,涉及諸多方麵、諸多環節,要求組織管理者樹立全跼思想,調動一切可以利用的資源,創造有利條件,減少員工沉默行為的髮生和再髮生。
조사표명,원공침묵행위산생적동궤시다방면적,기중대부분원인여령도유관,성별、년령、학력、소재기업속성、관리층급불동적원공적침묵동궤존재차이;원공침묵행위적발생불리우령도적결책,야회도치원공적겁성강저,환회손배조직적판단능력화규착능력。감소원공침묵행위시일개계통공정,섭급제다방면、제다배절,요구조직관리자수립전국사상,조동일절가이이용적자원,창조유리조건,감소원공침묵행위적발생화재발생。
Survey shows that the motive of silent acts of employees is multiple and most causes refer to leaders, sex, age, education background, enterprise property, management level and so on. The silent acts are not beneficial to leaders' decision and can lead to low working initiation and can break organizational judgment ability and correcting ability. Reduction of silent acts of the employees is a systematic engineering and involves in many aspects and links and requires organization managers to set up all-rounded thought and to use all resources and to create beneficial condition so as to reduce silent acts of the employees.
