目的:探讨摔跤运动员血瘦素的分泌特点、与体成分的相关性,分析一次性抗阻运动对摔跤运动员血瘦素水平的影响。方法:以男子摔跤专业运动员(n=12)为实验对象,以运动爱好者(n=14)和非运动爱好者(n=12)为对照,对安静时血瘦素的分泌特点及与体成分的关系进行分析。抗阻训练后,30min,再次测定血瘦素水平,对比研究专业组抗阻训练前后血瘦素的变化。结果:安静时,摔跤运动员血瘦素水平、体脂、体脂%及体重指数显著高于运动爱好组和非运动爱好组(P〈0.05)。摔跤运动员血瘦素水平与体脂、体脂%正相关(P〈0.01),与体重指数间不具有相关性(P〉0.05),非运动爱好组的血清瘦素与体重指数高度相关(P〈0.01)。但是各组间单位体脂的血清瘦素水平无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。摔跤运动员在进行抗阻训练后30min,血瘦素水平下降8.7%(P〈0.001)。结论:1)摔跤运动员体成分发生了改变;2)体脂是血瘦素水平的主要决定因素;3)一次性抗阻训练能下调男子摔跤运动员血瘦素水平。

목적:탐토솔교운동원혈수소적분비특점、여체성분적상관성,분석일차성항조운동대솔교운동원혈수소수평적영향。방법:이남자솔교전업운동원(n=12)위실험대상,이운동애호자(n=14)화비운동애호자(n=12)위대조,대안정시혈수소적분비특점급여체성분적관계진행분석。항조훈련후,30min,재차측정혈수소수평,대비연구전업조항조훈련전후혈수소적변화。결과:안정시,솔교운동원혈수소수평、체지、체지%급체중지수현저고우운동애호조화비운동애호조(P〈0.05)。솔교운동원혈수소수평여체지、체지%정상관(P〈0.01),여체중지수간불구유상관성(P〉0.05),비운동애호조적혈청수소여체중지수고도상관(P〈0.01)。단시각조간단위체지적혈청수소수평무현저성차이(P〉0.05)。솔교운동원재진행항조훈련후30min,혈수소수평하강8.7%(P〈0.001)。결론:1)솔교운동원체성분발생료개변;2)체지시혈수소수평적주요결정인소;3)일차성항조훈련능하조남자솔교운동원혈수소수평。
This paper is to detect the characteristics and the correlations between serum leptin and body component,and to examine acute effects of resistance training on serum leptin in male wrestlers.Thirty eight young men(12 for professional wrestler group,14 for sports lover group,and 12 for sports non-lover group) participated in testing and analyzing serum leptin and body component.A comparative research was performed about the changes of serum leptin concentration before and after 30 minutes of resistance training. It was found that the serum leptin, body fat(BF), BF% sports non-lovers. Serum leptin concentrations in and BMI were higher in wrestlers than in sports lovers and wrestlers were significantly correlated to BF and BF% (P〈 0.01), but not to BMI (P?0.05). However, no differences were found in serum leptin concentration per BF among the three groups (P〈0.05). Serum leptin concentrations in wrestlers were reduced by 8.7% after resistance training (P〈0. 001). It could be seen that the body components were changed in wrestlers. The BF was decisive factor of serum leptin levels and resistance training could down-regulate serum leptin levels in wrestlers.
