LibQUAL+是一套图书馆用于寻求、跟踪、了解并按照用户的服务质量观点采取行动的网络调查系统,在国外得到了广泛的认同和支持,在中国内地的应用是否可靠和有效还未得到严格的检验。该文详细介绍了武汉大学图书馆2008年LibQUAL+项目实施的完整过程,并就项目的适用性问题提出了一些思考和建议。

LibQUAL + is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users opinions of service quality. Although it has been widely upheld and supported abroad, its credibility and effectiveness of the application has not been strictly tested in Chinese Mainland. In this paper, the author presents a whole practice process of LibQUAL + 2008 library service quality survey in Wuhan University Library, and brings forward some thoughts and advices on its applicability.
