This article introduced the Russian college libraries based on specific examples. These libraries often named by famous scientists and culture celebrities. They also frequently hold exhibitions and lectures of science and culture and organized reading activities specifically designed for readers. By analyzing the important role played by the Russian college libraries in transmitting and inheriting knowledge of Science and Technology and innovating reader service, this article provided good reference to the college libraries in China.
