城市绿地是城市生态系统的主体，是生态文明建设的重要内容，城市绿化建设反映了一个城市的精神面貌，决定着城市的发展方向。在总结国内城市绿化建设现状，借鉴国外城市绿化发展模式和方式的基础上，提出完善我国相关法律法规及构建国内城市绿化法律体系，逐步把城市绿化纳入法制轨道。

The urban green land is the mainbody of the urban ecosystem. It is also an important part of the ecological civilization. The construction of the urban forestation not only reflects a spiritual appearance of the city but also determines the developing direction of the city. Summing up the current situation of urban forestation in China, the author puts forward that we should perfect the laws and rules to establish an urban forestation legal system based on the developing model of urban forestation from home and abroad.
